Ordering and payment

Select your items and check the quantities and any sizes in your shopping cart. At checkout, enter your address and choose from the available payment methods. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation by email.

From our warehouse to you

Orders placed on a business day before 4:00 PM are generally shipped the same day with PostNL. If you order later, on the weekend, or on a public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.

Expect a delivery time of approximately 1 to 4 business days in the Netherlands and approximately 2 to 6 business days in Germany. These are guidelines; high volumes at the carrier may cause delays.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for your address and order will be shown at checkout, before you pay. There you will also see if your order is eligible for free shipping.

Where is my order?

Do you have a track & trace code? You can use it to follow the delivery. More information can be found under Track your order.

Has the expected delivery time passed or is something not right? Contact us and include your order number. We will then look into it with you.
