=>Are all products in stock?

All products listed on the website are in stock, for each item it is stated how many of the item are in stock. If you would like to order larger quantities of an item, you can always contact us, hallo@patchfactory.nl, and we will see what we can do.

Dutch customers can pay with Ideal

German customers can pay with Bankcontact / Sofort Banking

=>What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are:

- up to an order of €20: €3.03
- up to an order of €40: €4.55
- above €40: free

Within Germany the shipping costs are:

- up to an order of €20: €3.30
- up to an order of €40: €4.95
- above €40: free

=>How long will it take before I receive my order?

Orders Netherlands:

Any order placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day with PostNL.

PostNL has a delivery period of 1 to 4 working days within the Netherlands, but experience shows that the order is often delivered the next working day.

Orders Germany:

Any order placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day with PostNL.

PostNL has a delivery period of 2 to 6 working days within Germany.

=>Exchange and return

Is the product different than you expected? Then you can return it at any time.

If you do not want to keep the product, we request that you notify us by email within 14 days of receipt. The products will be returned to Faso BV / Patch Factory together with the return form within 14 days after mention. If the entire order is returned, any shipping costs will also be refunded within 14 days.

=>Complaints and Warranty

If there is an error in the order or a production error in an item, please contact us within 48 hours via the email address: hallo@patchfactory.nl stating the order number.

If you have a complaint, please report it to us at any time, because customer satisfaction is our top priority. The legally determined warranty period applies to all our items. If a product is damaged, please report this to our email address: hallo@patchfactory.nl, stating the order number. If the complaint / defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for replacement free of charge.

=>How do I attach a patch?

You will find this under the heading confirmation instructions .

=>How do I wash my garment that has a patch or application attached to it?

Garments with a patch or application attached to them may be washed at 40 degrees and inside out and should not be tumble dried.

=>How do I remove a patch

You do this almost in the same way as the confirmation.

You heat up the iron, place a piece of baking paper on the patch and heat it. When the patch is warm, carefully peel it off from the edge. In between, you can reheat the patch so that the adhesive layer becomes liquid.

If there are still glue residues on your clothing after removing the patch, place a piece of kitchen roll on top of it, followed by baking paper, and go over it with the iron so that the last glue residues remain on the kitchen roll. Please note, you will always see where the patch was on the garment.
