Do you want to return a product? You can easily do this with the following steps

You can return an order up to 14 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within seven working days of receiving the return shipment.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Complete the returns form

Download the Returns Form here and fill it in completely.

Step 2: send your order with sufficient postage

Send the items together with the returns form to the address on the form. Make sure you have sufficient postage on your order. As the sender, you are responsible for the return.

Step 3: receive the purchase amount back into your account

Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within seven working days.

Complaints:

We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing hallo@patchfactory.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
